Pro Seating® has its own foam moulding equipment that is completely designed and built in-house. Moulded foam is used as filling for most of our products.
Moulded foam
Moulded foam products are hard wearing and suitable for intensive use. The great advantage of moulded foam is that it has a high specific gravity and keeps its dimensions well. A higher specific gravity guarantees a seating system that will keep its shape over a long lifespan. We also manufacture custom-made products for third parties.
High-pressure PU mixing machine
Pro Seating® has its own workshop with aluminium moulds and a high-pressure PU mixing machine for manufacturing polyurethane cold foam products. This allows us to make any shape with any degree of hardness. Pro Seating® can custom-make a large range of cold foam products in any shape to your requirements.
